Located between Rhoslan and Llanystumdwy, set back from the road, surrounded by fields in the heart of the countryside but only 3 miles from the beautiful seaside village of Criccieth, with plenty of private off road parking. Once you reach this cozy cottage you will feel separated from the outside world, with the adjacent owners home your only neighbours you can relax in the peace and quiet of the countryside. The space This cozy cottage has two bedrooms with a wardrobe in each, a shower room and a kitchen/diner living room area for you to enjoy. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, hob, microwave, toaster, slow cooker and fridge but no oven. There is a lavazza a mode mio coffee machine. In the utility room there are a washing machine and freezer and a high chair suitable from 6 months. In the bedroom there is a hairdryer and straighteners. With the super cozy log burner for the cooler winter nights and a smart patio area for sunny days this is somewhere to relax when you’re not exploring the beautiful surrounding beaches and Snowdonia National park area or trying the local sports at Zip world, surf Snowdonia or Beacon climbing centre. Bed linen and towels are provided. At the back of the cottage the outhouse has been transformed into a reading/garden room and utility room leading to an additional garden and patio area with a small lawn and family size barbecue for al fresco dinning. There is also a bbq top pizza oven. Enjoy the peace and quiet, listen to the birds sing, look out for the local heron and buzzards and don't forget to visit our donkey, Elvis. Please be aware mobile reception here is poor but there is free WiFi which is usually reliable. Guest access Ample private guest parking and private enclosed patio and garden areas.
