Other things to note A guarantee deposit of Euro 100,00 (Euro 200,00 for stays longer than 14 days) will be requested to be payed at Check-In. The deposit will be fully refunded at Check-Out, pending the good status of the apartment. In compliance with the City Council resolution n. 75 of 13/11/2012, the Municipality of Moneglia has introduced the Tourist Tax equal to Euro 1,00 per person (> 14 years old) per night, maximum of 7 nights. The Tourist Tax shall be payed at Chek-In. The bills for electricity and water are included in the rental price. Anyhow, in order to avoid waste of energy, the electricity is included up to an avarage maximum of 11,0 kwh per night.
