The space Welcome to our Gite Le LOFT! Old restored farmhouse! Spacious accommodation, completely renovated with a modern industrial style decor. House of 105 m2 on one level, in the countryside, fully equipped with every comfort with reversible air conditioning. Wifi Open-plan kitchen with all the necessary equipment: induction cooktop, hood, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, Senseo coffee maker and classic filter coffee maker, toaster and kettle are available. Living room with sofa, armchairs and flat screen TV. The gîte can accommodate 5 to 7 people + baby. The sleeping area. The gite has 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed in 140 x 190 1 bedroom with 3 single beds in 90x190. + Dressing room in every bedroom. Linens included: - Sheets - Hand towels - Bath mats - Towels (set of 2 dishes and hands) - Cleaning products. The bathroom: Large walk-in shower 160 x 90 A double vanity unit. 1 separate toilet. Laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothes drying rack, cleaning products and kit. Baby bed, high chair and baby bath. No smoking allowed. Access to the terrace and its private fenced and secure garden. (gate locks with a key) Outside, Private above-ground wooden pool. Hexagonal pool 3.60 m in diameter 1.20 m deep. For the safety of children, the ladder can be removed. Wooden terrace with deckchairs and parasol. Full season summer booking July/August: departures and arrivals on Saturday (7 nights) A rental agreement will be drawn up and an uncashed deposit check will be requested upon arrival and returned upon departure. Housekeeping option to be paid on site, otherwise this implies that the accommodation must be left clean. Netto supermarket + gas station near the cottage 2.5 km. Bakery and tobacco 4 km away. No noise will be tolerated. The Estate includes 4 nearby accommodations, absolute respect for the place is imperative. - Electricity package included up to 20 KWH/day. Any excess will be informed to you and charged upon departure if exceeded. - Animals accepted under conditions within the limit of 1 animal.
