Beautiful and large Ardèche house.

The house is quiet in the middle of nature. It faces south, on wooded land and terraces around. It is a stone house in the traditional style of the countryside, rustic and typical of the Ardèche. Functional and simple equipment. Access to the vacation rental is via a dirt road that has just been restored by a public works company. The vacation rental is located close to two rivers with aquatic activities ( swimming, paddleboarding, canoeing). The space It's a house with a 50 m2 living room and an old-fashioned fireplace. Access to the terrace (20 m2) through a large bay window. Next to it, a fully equipped kitchen, a dishwasher, and access to the garden. Upstairs, 4 bedrooms with two single beds and a small bedroom with a bunk bed, two showers, a toilet and another on the ground floor. Guest access I rent the entire house with a large plot of land around it and a few terraces that are a little high. Fires are prohibited throughout the Ardèche. A small barbecue is available except in case of severe drought. Minimum stay 4 days. The Gîte is not suitable for people with physical and mental disabilities. For children under 3 years old, we can talk about it together. The gîte is appreciated for stays with friends or family reunions. Other things to note I provide a fitted sheet and pillowcase per single bed. Bring a top sheet for a single bed. There's a blanket and a pillow per bed. There is a dishwasher.
