Large old farmhouse with a very contemporary design. Facing fields and forests, great view. For 6/7 people: Piano, Cinema room, Great comfort, Rest. Close to Pouilly and Sancerre and Vezelay vineyards. Very quiet and original for a unique stay! For your attention: rental of at least 10 days in the month of July and August. Also, as it is neither an empty cottage or rental, it is sometimes difficult for us to book a rental on another; this can generate some date constraints. The space Quiet house. Very comfortable and very designer interior. 250 m2. 1 living room, open kitchen with central island/bar (58 m2) overlooking a veranda (27 m2), 1 cinema room (3x1.3 m image) - 40 m2, 3 bedrooms with double beds, 2 large bathrooms, library, 2 rear terraces, 2 front terraces, 2000 m2 of wooded land, very quiet in the countryside without neighbors opposite. 1 extra mini bedroom with 1 single bed Fireplace/insert in operation. Very comfortable central heating. With its 4 living areas (veranda, living room, cinema lounge, red bedroom) everyone can live quietly in their own corner and/or meet in different atmospheres. To our great regret and after bad experiences, we ask you to note that the house is not studied /equipped to accommodate young children (this is still possible for children from 12 years old). Please note that the house is not suitable for children under 12 y o (because of previous bad experiences I am afraid) Guest access The house is entirely dedicated to guests Weekly rental only in high periods; and for UP to 7 PEOPLE. To our great regret and after bad experiences, we ask you to note that the house is not studied /equipped to accommodate young children (this is still possible for children from 12 years old). Please note that the house is not suitable for children under 12 y o (because of previous bad expériences I am afraid) Other things to note The minimum rental is 1 week; however, outside school holidays, it is possible to consider extended weekends but 3 nights minimum for specific prices, and depending on the number of people present. Attention: For the months of AUGUST and SEPTEMBER, the minimum period is 10 days; the dates are discussed, they remain subject to our own organization. Send your requests that we will not hesitate to study carefully. We remind you that we rent our main residence (not a cottage dedicated to renting): also it is particularly requested to respect the place that we have equipped with quality elements.
