You'll love my place because of the incomparable views, the quiet location, and the rural Allgäu-typical ambiance. The place is good for couples. The space The apartment has a south-facing balcony with panoramic views of Lake Forggensee and the Alps. In the living room you will find a sofa, flat-screen TV, radio-CD and a dining table with bench. Somewhat separated from this is the fully equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, ceramic stove, range hood, microwave, coffee machine, kettle). The large bedroom is furnished with antique farm furniture, from the bed you can enjoy the lake panorama. In the bathroom with daylight there is a large washbasin and a shower, the toilet is separate. The entire apartment is a cozy home for two people who like to enjoy the tranquility and views from the balcony. Guest access The house has direct access to Lake Forggensee and a private beach. Sun loungers and parasols are available for sunbathing. Bicycles brought along can be safely stored in the lockable garage. A large wellness barn with a panoramic sauna and infrared cabin is located next door (30 m) in the Seehotel Schnöller and can be used there by appointment for a fee. Other things to note Tourist tax is not included in the price: €1.20 per night per person 15 years and older. Breakfast can be booked at €12.00 per person at the Seehotel Schnöller right next door. Distance about 30 m. Alternatively, there is a grocery store and fresh baked goods in the village of Roßhaupten (2 km).
