Room 2 in modern house in the middle of the city

I offer a room in a spacious new house. I am open-minded and like to travel. The household also includes a cuddly cat. The location is in the countryside with very good access to public transport. We have nice neighbors. The space You may share a bathroom with other guests and therefore mutual consideration is self-evident to me. I have long trusted that men also urinate while sitting. Since that didn't work, of course, I put clear instructions on the toilet lid. But that didn't help either. So, here we are: I ask that men also be considerate and use the toilet while sitting. If you don't like that, you're welcome to look for a place to stay elsewhere. Furthermore, there is of course the possibility to leave the luggage here at any time before the actual arrival. Experience has shown that "depositing luggage" is only the pretext to check in early, take a shower and get some sleep. I can understand that, and you can say that too. If this is desired, please contact me in good time in advance and honestly tell me what's going on. Then the bed will be made in time. If the room is available, there is always the possibility to arrive early. I would like to point out again that we do not offer shared use of the kitchen or washing machine. Guest access The house is in the 3rd Unfortunately, I can't enter our house number 12a. Airbnb only allows 12. This leads to all my guests ringing the doorbell of our neighbors at number 12 first. So, please, in the 3rd row, left in 12a! Do not walk straight ahead to the gray gate, but in the 3rd row, turn left at mine. The house is situated in the third row of a side street. You can park here on the property. The side street is quite narrow. So far, however, everyone has gotten in and out: scratches - and no dents. During your stay I work from home. I'm usually there, but not always available. You are welcome to write to me. Other things to note It is actually clearly stated in Airbnb's Terms of Service and superfluous to mention again here: Please let me know if you are traveling with children under 4 years of age. Even if you bring an infant, even if they are still small, I would like to know in advance.
