The space Welcome to the Kleine Bergsuite apartment in Braunlage. The modern, bright 2-room apartment with attention to detail is located on the ground floor of the very well-kept holiday residence Jägerstieg. On about 45 m², 2 people have enough space to feel good. The living/dining area with a feel-good character and adjoining terrace as well as an open kitchen is the heart of the apartment. Here you can plan your day trips and relax in the evening on the cozy couch or read a book. Alternatively, a smart TV is available for evening entertainment. If you don't feel like watching TV or reading, you can go to the club room in the basement. There is plenty of space for social game evenings. The club room is shared with the other guests of the house. There are also some board games ready for you. The terrace is directly adjacent to the living/dining area. Here you can relax on the summer furniture and enjoy the fresh Harz mountain air and spend mild summer evenings outdoors. In the modern open kitchen you can prepare your favorite meals, which you can then eat at the small dining table in the living area. Alternatively, you can eat smaller meals directly on the terrace. Thanks to the existing dishwasher, no one has to worry about the dishes and you have more time to enjoy your vacation. In the separate bedroom, a comfortable box spring bed is available. You will also find a built-in wardrobe to store your clothes. Before you go to sleep after an eventful day on the slopes or in nature, you can treat your muscles to a little relaxation in the in-house sauna. The sauna is available for your exclusive use after prior reservation. There is a small book on site in which you can register. The brightly tiled bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink with mirror and plenty of storage space. So that you don't have to look for a parking space for a long time, a parking space is of course also reserved for you in front of the apartment. In the Kleine Bergsuite apartment, you can also do your laundry during your vacation. A coin-operated washing machine and a coin-operated dryer are available in the communal utility room. A shared ski storage room is also available. Other things to note An initial supply of toilet paper and dishwashing tabs or dish soap is included. Other consumables can be purchased directly on site at the supermarket or brought along. The key handover takes place on the day of arrival between 4 PM and 6 PM in our office "Am Amtsweg 1a, 38700 Braunlage." For arrivals after 6 PM, a key safe can be used at the office.
