The house is located at the foothills of Kozjak mountain and only a few minutes away from the Adriatic Sea. Isolate yourself in large outdoor area with peaceful surroundings and a private parking space on the plot of 1000 m2 in the shade of olive trees, which offer full privacy of stay and swimming in the pool. Once you book it, the whole property is yours! The space *A home-owner does NOT live at the property, sothe house won't be shared with any other guests. You will have the whole house and area for yourself. The harmoniously decorated 166-square-meter holiday house with a beautiful views extends on two floors, which are connected with indoor stairs. It consists of two bedrooms (double room, single room) on the first floor, bathroom and kitchen on the ground-floor, as well as two living rooms on each floor with additional sleeping possibility on click-clack sofas (one sofa is suitable for two persons). There is a balcony and terrace on each floor from where you can have a breathtaking view on the Kaštela bay and the gentle landscape. The house is perfect is you want enjoy outdoor area, as there is a beautiful BBQ facility and area for sunbathing after swimming in the pool. Guest access All available home and garden facilities are at disposals to our guests, and it won't be shared with anyone else - neither with a homeowner, nor other guests. *The outdoor pool is closed out of the high season from 1.10. to 1.6. Other things to note - The first floor and ground floor are connected with stairs with 13 risers; - A ceiling is low at some points on the 1st floor, so some people need to be cautius; - We have a large outdoor area, meaning you migh see various insects, ants, bugs, birds and other small animals: if you are allergic, please protect yourself with repellents that are also provided by us; - We put high efforts to make our house as green and sustainable as possible, so please try to recycle as more as possible; - We have an eco-sewage system - please be eco-friendly and use water sparingly when possible.
