Seaside Apartment in Georgian house, Herne Bay

Little William is a 1 bedroom self contained lower ground floor flat in a Georgian House, 5 minutes walk away from the beach in Herne Bay. The flat is priced on two guests sharing. The bedroom has a double bed with super comfy mattress, in a quiet rear room. Lounge/dining area with TV, two single Ikea armchairs and a small sofa. Kitchen, bathroom with shower and a courtyard area with table and 2 chairs. The space On street Parking is free nearby. The street is permit holders only but there is a one hour free period. We can advise on where to park. Railway station is 15 minutes walk and local buses run regularly. The bus stop is a minute's walk. Very close to all local amenities and shops including the swimming pool and cinema. Well behaved dogs (1-2) are welcome (please contact me to discuss your needs). Please note the flat is on the lower ground floor with a separate entrance. Stairs lead down to the flat from the street level. We aim to use eco-friendly and locally sourced products in the flat where possible Other things to note Please let me know if you require parking as we are in a residents parking area. I can advise on nearby free parking. There are stairs down to the flat. These have deeper treads than regular stairs so please check before booking as it may not be suitable for every guest. For safety, children need to be supervised on the stairs. Once inside it is all on one level. Unsuitable for children under 8 so we do not take guests with children under 8, sorry. We welcome well behaved dogs (max 2) but please note that there is an additional fee of £5 per night or £20 for the week for a dog. We do not allow dogs on the sofas or beds. We have a dog bed, bowl and towel available for your dogs should you require them. Please ensure that your dog will be able to use the stairs to the flat. Thank you.
