Located in Gennadi Village in South Rhodes, just 20 min by car from Lindos, 5 min from the crystal clear Gennadi beach and 30min from Prassonisi windsurf paradise. From the Villa you roam easily by feet around the village of 700hab where you can find anything you may need: all kinds of shops and supplies, banks,a health centre, bakery, ice creams , traditional souvlaki restaurant, rent a car/bike services and even bars to relax during the nights. Guest access Gennadi village is famous as the holiday destination of Rhodians wanting to escape from city life, and have direct access to the unspoiled beaches of the southern parts of the island. Therefore a two decades ago the Tranquil House was built at the edge of the village, next to a natural water spring, where a blossoming nature welcomes the lucky visitors who know this place. The village has everything you will need from supermarkets, pharmacies, bakery, grocery stores, bars and traditional Tavernas. The House has just be renovated!! It is a beautiful 2 floor Villa in the village of Gennadi. 10-12 min from the beach on foot! When you reach the house you will either park your car outside the house or you can use the private parking space in the beautiful garden of the House. Entering the house from the main entrance you will go into the ground floor of the Villa, which is a very large open space consisting of the living room with its fireplace, the dining room and the kitchen. There is also a W/C on ground floor, beside the stairs that leads you on the upper floor of the villa where are 3 bedrooms –each with each own balcony- and a bathroom. The first bedroom has a 1 double bed and on twin bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds on separate rooms with window door for perfect isolation and the third one consists of 2 double beds each. The balconies of each bedroom are above the garden of the Villa. It is a beautiful peaceful and private garden, full of local flowers and plants with a huge wooden table and a BBQ. There is also a cold water shower in the garden, in order to use it when you come from the beach! In Gennadi village (700hab) you can find anything you may need: all kinds of shops and supplies, banks,a health centre, bakery, ice creams etc. In the village, just behind the church of St John, there is also an olive museum. Gennadi’s beach is just at 10min by foot, and is renowned for its crystal clear water, and for not being invaded with umbrellas and sun beds. 20 min drive and you reach Lindos, with its unique acropolis, and its traditional 18th century village. 30km to the south you will find the world widely known wind and kite surfing meeting point: Prasonisi. Everywhere around, remote endless beaches and traditional villages with byzantine churches are some of your choices. House is just at the border of the village and within 3min by foot you reach the centre of the village. Gennadi is 63km from the city of Rhodes and 68 km from the airport.
