Casa Giannina is a recently renovated B&B located in Castellana Grotte, a stone's throw from the center and the square, where you will find bars, restaurants, shops and various services. The property offers two double bedrooms with a private bathroom. One of the rooms, on the ground floor, is characterized by stone walls and has a sofa bed. The other room is on the second floor, accessible by stairs. On the second floor, guests can enjoy a shared equipped kitchen to prepare meals, a good tea or a coffee to enjoy on the terrace, away from the chaos of the city, in complete relaxation. The space On the second floor, guests can access the shared kitchen and terrace, offering an ideal space to socialize and enjoy moments of relaxation outdoors. Guest access Guests will have access to the kitchen and a terrace with sofas for common use. During your stay I will be available for information and directions during your stay. Other things to note As a house in the historic center, we ask our guests to lower the volume of TVs and devices after 11:00 p.m. so as not to disturb the neighborhood.
