Beautiful London townhouse with a sunny garden

Beautiful town house with a lovely south facing garden, close to great transport links to get you to central London in 20-30 minutes. Also in walking distance to great local shops, restaurants and green parks. The perfect oasis to explore London, Hampstead Heath and Regents Park are only 10 minutes drive away or a 30 minute walk. The house has a super king size comfortable bed, a queen size bed and a bed room with bunk beds perfect for little ones. Fully equipped kitchen and 2 modern bathrooms. The space This is our family home and an ideal space for families to stay. It is a residential area and so there is a NO PARTY policy in place. Please note the photos are a year old. We have redecorated parts of the house, and can send updated photos of any of the rooms upon request. The conservatory now has a dining table for 6-8 people and the garden has decking with table and chairs. There is a lovely open plan front room with sofa and chairs and large bay windows opening onto a kitchen with range master oven and American style fridge freezer. The conservatory with dining table opens onto a rear facing sunny garden with seating area. There is also a large second front room with a smart TV with virgin TV, amazon prime, netflix and Now TV. There is a master bedroom upstairs with a super king size bed. A second bedroom ideal for children with bunk beds and another bedroom with a double bed. There is a family bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet and a second bathroom at the top of the house with a bath and a toilet. We have redecorated some parts of the house since the photos were taken so we can send updated photos upon request. Guest access There is restricted parking (you need to have a permit) however there are pay and display places to park for a short period. Other things to note I’m afraid there is a NO Party or late night music policy as this is our family house that we live in the majority of the year. It is a quiet residential neighbourhood with lots of families with young children living nearby. Thank you for your understanding.
