You will be about 20 km from Libourne, St Emilion and Langon. The space The accommodation is independent and located on a 3 ha estate entirely at your disposal; a walk in the undergrowth will lead you around the lake and the Château de Laubesc. Fruits under the trees in season, flowers, walk with or without a dog, enjoy! The accommodation has a living room on the ground floor with a large fireplace, and a kitchenette with a small oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, 2 electric hotplates. On the first floor, you have a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, and on the mezzanine, in a recess, an additional single bed. Other things to note A washing machine is available in the house next door in a separate room.
