Le Gahet: the Peasant House

In the middle of a nest of greenery, the accommodation is absolutely peaceful, away from the road. Relax in the surrounding countryside, surrounded by trees and flowers on our large 3-hectare plot, and enjoy the charm of our rustic country house. You are about 20 km from Libourne, St Emilion and Langon. The space The accommodation is self-contained and set in a 3-hectare estate entirely at your disposal; a walk through the undergrowth will take you around the lake and the Château de Laubesc. Fruit under the trees in season, flowers, walks with or without a dog, enjoy! On the ground floor, there is a living room with a large fireplace, and a kitchen area with a small oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and 2 electric hotplates. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with 2 single beds, a shower room with shower, washbasin and toilet, and on the mezzanine, in a recess, an additional single bed. Other things to note A washing machine is available in the house next door in a separate room.
