This 4-bed apartment in Chalet Sulegg is perfect for families (4 people plus baby/toddler). It has a kitchen with dining & living area, terrace, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with separate toilet. It is located in the car-free village of Wengen, just a short walk from the train station & village center. The terrace offers views of the Lauterbrunnen Valley and surrounding mountains. Skiing & hiking trails, Männlichen gondola and train to Jungfraujoch are within walking distance The space The apartment is perfect for 4 people, either as a family or for two couples, as it has 2 separate bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size double bed and the smaller bedroom has 2 single beds that can easily be put together to form a king size double bed. The apartment is about an 8-minute walk from the village center. The perfect location for activities in winter (skiing, sledding, winter hiking) and summer (hiking, biking, walking), or to take the gondola to the Männlichen or the train to the Kleine Scheidegg or the Jungfraujoch. Free storage of your skis and snowboards at our local ski rental partner Skiset (perfect for renting your equipment if you can't bring your own) in the village center, right next to the Männlichen gondola. Both bedrooms have a built-in closet where you can store your luggage and hang your clothes. In the entrance area, there is also a built-in closet with space for your jackets, shoes and other bags. The fully equipped kitchen with a small cooking island is open to the dining and living area and has a stove, microwave, oven, fridge with a small freezer compartment, sink and dishwasher. It is equipped with everything you need, including a coffee maker, kettle and toaster. In the living room, two sofas offer stunning views through the large and partially floor-to-ceiling windows of the Lauterbrunnen Valley and the opposite mountain range with the Lobhörner. For hot summer nights there is a standing fan. Please note that the wood-burning stove is not in operation. The living room leads to a terrace with 4 seats and a magnificent view over the entire Lauterbrunnen Valley. Bed linen, kitchen linen and towels are included in the price per night. We also provide shower gel, shampoo and spices (e.g. spices, oil, vinegar) for cooking. Cot with blanket and pillow available free of charge (on request). Guest access As described, the entire apartment and outdoor area is for your exclusive use. We have self check-in, so arrival times are flexible anytime after 4 pm. Other things to note You can store your skis/snowboards in the designated area in front of the apartment door or at our local ski rental partner Skiset in the village (free of charge). A staircase leads up to the front door of Chalet Sulegg. The local visitor's tax is payable upon arrival at the tourist information office (not included in the nightly rate).
