HUUS UTSPANN - light-flooded apartment on the upper floor

Get out into the country! Huus Utspann will be your new favorite place. It is like "coming home," confirm the guests who have already relaxed in this cozy house. The traffic-calmed center of Ramelsloh is quiet and still conveniently located on the A7 and A1 highways, 20 km south of Hamburg. If you love nature and want to visit the beautiful city, this is the place to be. The nearby swimming pond with the best water quality is very popular with young and old. The space This apartment, decorated in a clear Scandinavian style, is on the first floor of the HUUS UTSPANN. At the top, a spacious living/dining/study room opens up with a beautiful ceiling height through the old exposed roof beams. A real wood floor completes the picture harmoniously and ensures a pleasant climate. A small but fully equipped open mini kitchen has been integrated here. A hallway separates the living room from the large bedroom, in which a folding bed (with slatted frame) could also be set up very well by arrangement. The bathroom offers plenty of space and ensures a relaxing spa time in the bathtub. Guest access A parking lot is available for our guests on private property opposite the HUUS UTSPANN. The disposal containers for the garbage are also located here. The garbage is separated. Other things to note Bicycles are provided free of charge. Please bring helmets if necessary. NEW! Both apartments have been equipped with MAGENTA TV - a streaming service from Telekom. IMPORTANT! Please let us know if you need a travel cot for your baby (up to approx. 4 years), a high chair and/or a baby bath, as these facilities are not always available in the apartment. Our Wi-Fi network is excellent and therefore also suitable for home office work. Work in a relaxed manner and have a vacation right after work - it doesn't get any more flexible and relaxed than that. In Huus Utspann, two beautiful apartments are available. One is on the first floor and one is on the upper floor. Both apartments are locked. The ground floor apartment includes a beautiful old garden and terrace.
