HUUS UTSPANN - light-flooded apartment on the upper floor

Get out on the countryside! Huus Utspann will be your new favorite place. It's like "coming home," the guests who have already opened in this cozy house. The traffic-calmed village center of Ramelsloh is quiet and yet conveniently located on the BAB A7 and on the highway A1, 20 km south of Hamburg. If you love nature and want to visit the beautiful city, this is the case. The nearby swimming pond with the best water quality is very popular with Jung & Alt. The space This apartment furnished in clear Scandinavian style is located on the first floor of HUUS UTSPANN. Arrived at the top opens a spacious living-dining/study with a beautiful ceiling height through the old exposed roof beams. A real wood flooring completes the picture harmoniously and ensures a pleasant climate. A small yet fully equipped open-plan mini kitchen has been integrated here. A hallway separates the living room from the large bedroom, where a folding bed (with slatted frame) could also be set up very well by arrangement. The bathroom has plenty of space and provides a relaxed wellness time in the bathtub. Guest access Parking space is available for our guests on private grounds opposite the HUUS UTSPANN. The disposal containers for the garbage are also located here. The garbage is separated. Other things to note Bicycles are provided free of charge. Please bring helmets if necessary NEW! Both apartments have been equipped with MAGENTA TV - a Telekom streaming service. IMPORTANT! Please let us know if you need a travel cot (up to about 4 years of age), a high chair or/and a baby bath for your baby, as these facilities are not constantly available in the apartment. Our W-Lannetz is excellent and therefore suitable for home office work. Work relaxed and have a direct vacation after hours - it can't be more flexible and relaxed. There are two beautiful apartments in the Huus Utspann. One on the ground floor and one upstairs. Both apartments are locked. The ground floor apartment includes a beautiful old garden and terrace.
