The flat is located in a very quiet area of Garbatella - Ostiense. It is accessed via an internal garden with a gravel driveway. Located on the second floor with lift, in a 4-storey building of the beginning of the last century. The room is very large, with two large windows and a double bed. Guest access Guests can use my large kitchen available at the following times: from 7 to 10 a.m. for breakfast; from 12 to 1.30 p.m. for lunch; from 7 to 9 p.m. for dinner (EATING IN THE ROOM IS NOT PERMITTED) complete with traditional oven, microwave, personal fridge, hob, dishwasher (ask how it works, don't improvise), crockery, cutlery, plates, glasses and everything you need to prepare breakfast and meals. Patio for smoking or enjoying a meal or breakfast outside on sunny days. Access to a washing machine to be used ON REQUEST, drying rack, iron and ironing board and hairdryer. Shared bathroom with the other guests in the second room, with shower. Cleaning of the guest bathroom is ensured at the end and beginning of each stay. There is no additional cleaning during the stay in the house. You must clean and dry the bathroom every time you use it. As a form of respect for other guests who will use it after you. For this reason I leave everything necessary for cleaning inside the bathroom. During your stay I will welcome you with the utmost regard I will advise you on how to spend your stay in Rome. Other things to note The flat is a 2-minute walk from the educational centre in Piazza Oderico da Pordenone and the offices of the Lazio region, it is not far from the Ostiense railway station, it is only 4 metro stops from Termini station (interchange point of the A and B lines of the Rome metro) from the railway terminal to the LEONARDO DA VINCI airport and from the bus terminal to Fiumicino and Ciampino airports. Also within walking distance is the Papal Basilica of St Paul Outside the Walls. Every time you go out, turn off the lights in the house. When you leave to visit Rome, if you have had breakfast or lunch, please wash the dishes. When you leave the house at the end of your stay, when I am not there, please leave the kitchen tidy and throw the rubbish in the street bins. You can leave the keys in the lock on the outside of the room door. You do not need the keys to open the 2 external doors that will let you out of the building. I ask you to respect the objects you find in the house. And watch out for noise after 11pm. Always close the lift doors to avoid other people having to climb the stairs. Be sure to lock the front door of the house with your key when you leave if no one is inside. Do not improvise in case of problems, but ask for help. On arrival guests must provide their personal details, with passport if non-EU citizens, and identity card or passport if EU citizens. For registration at the Questura If you leave the house without me, be sure to leave the kitchen clean, empty the rubbish and deposit bottles and cans in the containers provided outside. You can leave your keys in the red locker near the entrance. Please respect what is in the house and avoid loud music or noise after 23:00. Please make sure to close the lift doors after using it and close the flat door when you leave. In case of problems, do not hesitate to call for help. VERY IMPORTANT Before your arrival, I need to have the following information: your flight number, your arrival airport (Fiumicino or Ciampino) and your arrival time. Please send me the same information if you arrive by train. Please let me know your check-in time as soon as possible by e-mail or sms. And, on the day of your arrival, let me know how you plan to get to the flat (taxi, bus, metro), so that I can organise myself to arrive on time and avoid you having to wait.
