The space - Ground floor & Kitchen - Ground floor comes with an open space kitchen and living room, a bedroom and bathroom with shower cabin, hairdryer and towel heater. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, stove, oven, toaster, juice press, mixer, kettle, coffee machine (capsule and filter) and most importantly, a dishwasher :) For your convenience we have also installed an advanced water filtering system in the kitchen (reverse osmosis). No need to drag water bottles from the store! The outdoor patio overlooks the common pool and comes with seating for six including an electric awning to offer shade during sunny days. At the back of the house you will find the gas BBQ which our guests are welcome to use at their convenience. - Entertainment - For your entertainment we got you covered with our high speed fibre internet (100MBs) and a 49" TV in the living room. Via our IPTV subscription you will have full access to a large amount of European channels and many many movies. Yet you may opt to use the DVD, watch local TV channels, or even plug in your own device via pre-installed HDMI cable. We are sure you will enjoy our wireless Harman/Kadon speaker - for lazy tanning on the deck or dinner & drinks with family and friends, music does the trick. - Top Floor - The top floor has two bedrooms, the master comes with a 43" smart TV and a balcony which overlooks the pool. The second bedroom has two single beds that easily can be pulled together to form a double bed. This floor also has a bathroom with shower cabin, towel heater and hairdryer. - Loungy Roof terrace - Leading off from the master bedroom balcony, you can access the roof top which gives you 360 degrees views. Private space for sun tanning or a nightcap, furnished with a large sofa, sun chairs, pergola, bar table seating six and a countertop with a sink and small refrigerator. - Keeping it cool - The house is equipped with central air-conditioning system which is controlled via wall panels, one on each floor. This top of the line system will cool (or heat) the entire house in mere minutes. Additionally, for your peace of mind, we have the latest Securitas alarm system installed and we keep your car secure and shielded from the sun in the common underground garage which has an assigned plot for you. - Comfy beds - All our beds are set up with feather down duvet including two pillows for each guest. To keep the beds comfortable they all come with bed toppers, some in memory foam. All our sheets are professionally laundered and pressed. In case you don’t want to share the duvet we can arrange for two singles in one of the double beds. - For The little ones - As we have two kids our self, we have equipped the villa to cater for families with young children. In the villa you will find a baby gate (top and bottom of stairs), two cribs, kids cutlery, two high chairs, toy boxes etc. The common pool is fenced up and comes with a kids section. Upon check-in our friendly management company will meet you in person to hand you the keys and familiarize you with the property. Other things to note The price quoted is all inclusive; electricity, water, WiFi, gas for the BBQ, meet and greet etc. All linnen and towels are also included, so no need to pack extra aside from beach towels.
