Close to the historic center (5 min walk) with ample front parking in a quiet hidden square. Nearby station leads to the serraglio(200 meters) where you can find trains to Firenze santa maria novella(downtown) every 20 minutes. The apartment was completely renovated and built inside a 1300'windmill. Said "gualchierina" windmill. It has a kitchen and laundry area. Ample parking, and it is easily reached by all public transport. The space The apartment is located in a quiet and half-hidden small square next to the city centre (5-minute walking distance). It has been completely renovated in 2018 and it is part of a historic mill that was converted into apartments. From the house you can easly reach the neighborhood of Italian / Chinese fashion wholesalers. The apartment has two double-bed rooms and one bathroom that includes a washing machine. The living room is provided with a full-furnished kitchen and a sofa bed. There is a large parking area just in front and well connected with public transportation. Porta al Serraglio train station is just 200 meters away. From here you can take a direct train to Florence Santa Maria Novella station every 20 minutes.
