Ideal for meeting with friends, quiet, with family. An authentic place located in the exceptional natural setting of an old mill whose estate extends over six hectares of meadows. You will stay in the Miller's house, which has now been renovated. This is our main dwelling house, rented during school holidays and weekends exclusively. Many activities for children, games, fishing, swimming pool, boats etc. A security deposit will be paid upon arrival. The space The house has three floors, there are two bathrooms and toilets. Horses occupy the meadows and the presence of my 8 cats in and around the house is an imperative. They are discreet and social. Possibility to fish, play the piano (grand piano), walk, immerse yourself, recharge your batteries in this "green country of white water". The place is close to a city of art and history: Nevers. Children can have fun in the trampoline or with water games (2 shallow river arms except in the water hole at the foot of the spillway.) Fishing possible, small boat, barbecue. The environment and the character of the house make this unique place attractive due to its quiet location and proximity to the city. Guest access Access via private driveway. You will have access to the whole place and grounds Other things to note I will ask for a deposit upon check-in, the presence of cats can cause some nuisance but they are discreet and social with adults and children. (They live with two children). The cats come out freely through the cat flap, a litter box to maintain and a kibble dispenser to fill every two days and a bowl of water. Lots of baby equipment on site, games (2 swings, slide, trampoline, inflatable boat, small boat...) Preferential rate if you stay 2 weeks in a row.
