Charming farmhouse of the Petrolo winery in the heart of Tuscany. 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, for 10 guest +2 on sofa bed. Panoramic views over the Valdarno valley, next to Chianti Classico. The house is placed among vineyards and olive trees with the medieval watchtower of Galatrona nearby. The house has wi-fi, private garden with bbq and easy access to the swimming pool shared with 2 of our houses. To access the house climb 20 steps to the first floor, landing on a cute panoramic terrace. The space - swimming-pool in private and sunny position, Shared with 2 of our other properties. Closed October to April. Size 6x12 meters; - private garden with outdoors furniture, dining table; - barbecue with wood provided; - Wi-fi & Sat-tv - fully equipped spacious kitchen with traditional large Tuscan fireplace; - screens at the windows and fans in every room; - the products of our farm will be available: our quality wines, organic E.V. Olive oil and honey; - Chef at home can be requested for delicious informal meals. Cooking lessons are also possible. - new linen provided once a week. Extra on request Guest access Feriale I offers you a private house with a garden area with pergola and parking place. To access the house you will need to drive 500 m on gravel road between the local main road and reception. The house is the larger of 2 indipendent apartments of the same buiding. Feriale I is on the upper floor while Feriale II, the smaller apartment, is placed on the ground floor and won't be part of your retal . The 2 apartments are indipendent and have separate entrance and separate gardens on two different sides of the building. Other things to note The House is for exclusive use but on the ground floor there will be another smaller independent apartment with separate entrance. Check-in from 16 to 19.00 or self check-in. Check-out 9.45 unless otherwise agreed. SELF CHECK-IN: Please do get in touch with me if arrival is delayed. Arrange a self check-in for late arrivals. Show ID or passport upon arrival. SHARED POOL: please leave the shared pool area tidy and clean and respect resting hours.CLOSED October to April included. Pool is 6x12 m wide, 1,5m deep. WINTER HEATING not included. On Consume 4,5€/m3 of LPG. About 30-60 € per day. CITY TAX: Paid on arrival 2€/adult per night, max 8€/adult. Children under 12 don't pay. CRIB & HIGHCHAIR: for children 0-3 Years old.
