Our guest house is located in Thumersbach, 3 minutes walk to the lake. Ideal starting point for many beautiful hikes or bike tours, central to all excursion destinations of the Salzburger Land. Private parking, separate access to the apartments, ping pong, garden grill, giant trampoline, large sunbathing and playground, small beach volleyball court. Bicycles can also be set in our garden house. The apartment offers you a magnificent view on the surrounding panorama. The space The apartment is very cozy in bright wood and friendly colors: 1 x separate living/sleeping room with sofa bed Entrance area with wardrobe Bathroom with shower/toilet 1 x separate bedroom with 2 beds (including 1 x double bed) 1 baby bed can be placed in addition A cot + bed linen + high chair can be provided. Plenty of box and storage space, kitchenette, stove with 2 plates + 1 separate hot plate, microwave combined with grill, small oven, small pizza oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine + filter paper, kettle, sink, toaster, blender, egg cooker, tableware, cookware, dining table with chairs, crockery, SATELLITE TV, DVD, Internet (WiFi) free, stereo system, bed linen (change weekly for a fee), hand and dish towels (change 1 x per week on request), guest soap, hair dryer, toilet paper and various cleaning utensils for kitchen and bathroom; Other things to note We charge €2.55/person/day from the age of 15 (€2.05 tourist tax and €0.50 charge for the mobility ticket) Children pay €0.55/child and day (€0.05 tourist tax and €0.50 tax for the mobility ticket) Please call me about 1 hour before your arrival. In case of very late arrival, there is also a key safe, then we have to meet the next day for instruction.
