Guest access Private property for guests, which is totally free to use. Other things to note Hot tub- Strictly over 16s allowed (Plus no fake tan allowed in hot tub) Cameras installed outside of the property. £100 deposit taken on arrival and will be given back after stay (This is for the hot tub if it gets really dirty, as we need to throw the water out and it takes 24hours to reheat) If there is more than 8 guests they will be charged £100 per person per night (please just stick to the STRICTLY 8 guests rule, we dont want to be charging guests additional costs)
