Large house in excellent location

Ours is a large semi-detached Victorian house, conveniently located close to Ormskirk town centre, Edge Hill University and Ormskirk railway station (trains every 15 minutes to Liverpool). There are three large double bedrooms with use of a guest bathroom and a sitting room available all day. A large kitchen is available for shared use. Breakfast is provided on a self-serve basis. There is a garden where it is great to sit out, when the weather’s good. The space We have desks in two of the bedrooms and good WiFi throughout the house. Guest access Room for one car on the drive. Other things to note We have a friendly black cocker spaniel and a younger cocker spaniel puppy. Please note that each room is £40 for the first guest and £20 for an additional guest. If you book more than one room, Airbnb will only charge as though everyone is sharing one room, so there will be extra to pay to us on arrival. We can clarify charges when you book.
