Le Clos Merise is a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation of 105 m2 with independent entrance, adjoining our house. The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms with private shower room and toilet. The very bright day area consists of a large kitchen, living room and sitting area. The garden and secure pool are shared with the owners. Swing and sandbox will delight the little ones. Parking possible in front of the house. Breakfasts possible for professionals. The space This apartment is located on the first floor. A direct entrance gives you independence. It consists of a very bright, fully open-plan living area with an equipped kitchen, living room, lounge, and toilet, and a sleeping area comprising three bedrooms, each with a bathroom featuring a vanity unit, shower, and toilet. The hallway leading to the sleeping area is closed off by a door to ensure the peace and quiet of those sleeping. Each bedroom has a soundproof door with a key lock. One of the bedrooms is equipped with twin 200 × 90 cm beds that can be pushed together to form a king-size bed. Please let us know about this type of request so that we can set it up. The living area is heated by a wood-pellet stove. Each bedroom has an electric heater with gentle heat. Air conditioning will be installed in mid-June. Linens (sheets, bath towels, tea towels, and bath mats) are provided. Wifi is available throughout the property. For children under 2 years of age, we can offer you: a high chair, a potty, a foldable cot, and a bathtub. Guest access In the summer, access to the garden and the saltwater swimming pool (10x5), secured by a fence, allows you to relax. Access to the pool is from 10 am to 9 pm during the summer period (June to September). These spaces are shared with the owners, and we know how to remain discreet to respect everyone's privacy.
