In main home a beautiful and very spacious remodeled kitchen with large island to enjoy dinners with family and friends, game room, living room, and dining room are all available as well as our wrap around porch, a newly installed BBQ and bar where you can take a seat and enjoy the wonderful view, plus easy access to the ocean a few steps away. Oversized car garage for covered parking fits 2 vehicles and 2 in driveway with plenty of street parking. Other things to note Please be advised, during the winter season we will be laying out sand bags to prevent water damage to home from tides which will block entrance to garage, during these months (November-March) parking will only be available on our private gated street. Occupancy amount of guest for home is 25 when booking please let us know the total amount of guest and if there will be pets on premises, anything over 25 will be an additional fee. All fireplaces are unavailable at the moment. Late check in/out available upon request for additional fee.
