"Les Menhirs" accommodation in the Iroise region

Accommodation in an old farmhouse, located in a charming village typical of the Iroise Marine Park. Village bordered by several beaches and many hiking trails. Hamlet in the countryside, only 3 km from the sea and the GR 34. The apartment, bright, is nestled upstairs under sloping ceilings (limited height), bedroom on one side and equipped kitchen on the other. On the ground floor: independent entrance hall including the private shower room. The ground floor includes a common space with another cottage. The space The beaches are located 4 km away and the village 2.6 km away, including a food store, bakery, several restaurants, pharmacy. 25 km from Brest. Notes: The €20 fee charged at the time of booking includes water, electricity, heating, sheets and towels, basic necessities. Cleaning must be done upon checkout. Free parking. No pets allowed. We don't have Wi-Fi, but 4G works well. Guest access Our entrance is located between 2 blue posts. In this same place, "place known as" Saint Denec, we have another 10-person cottage and our home. You have a small private garden. Other things to note A common area, including a ping-pong table and a foosball table is at your disposal. Check-in is after 5pm and checkout is by 10am at the latest. At checkout, we ask our guests to gather used sheets and towels, and empty their trash. For stays longer than a week, we require a deposit of €100.
