Belvedere Room in Chianti Area

Glicine is one of the rooms that are part of Valle a Polvereto, an ancient 22-hectare farm estate nestled among the Chianti vineyards. We are in Montespertoli, between the hills of Siena and Florence, in a strategic location for exploring the magnificent surroundings such as Monteriggioni, Siena, Certaldo, and Volterra. Iris is a room with private bathroom for 2 people with A/C and TV. The space The room is on the second floor, accessed from the reception via a beautiful 18th-century stone staircase. You will have a king-size bed, bedside tables, a dresser, a flat-screen TV, and air conditioning in the room. The bathroom for your exclusive use has a shower, bidet, toilet, and washbasin. Included are cotton sheets, cotton towels, bath mat, and toilet paper. Since there is no breakfast service, we provide guests with a small self-service corner with hot drinks and a selection of packaged baked goods free of charge. We kindly ask you not to consume food and drinks in your room. Guest access Guests of course have access to the outdoor swimming pool, the dimensions of the pool are 7 x 14 m, depth from 1.20 to 2.10 m. The pool is at your disposal from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and is open from mid of May to the end of September. The outdoor areas and the swimming pool are not for exclusive use but are shared. We particularly care about respecting the privacy of all guests and take great care to maintain a quiet environment where you can relax in peace. For this reason, the minimum age to stay with us is 10 years, and we do not accept animals. During your stay We live here for 25 years and know well the area and the sights and tourist attractions. Usually also we recommend the small villages and the less visited places , but are noteworthy and far from the bustle of big cities. Live in the guesthouse , we are always available for any questions or needs . Other things to note The accommodation is part of a farmhouse where other rental properties are located. The outdoor spaces and swimming pool are shared. The maximum capacity of the farmhouse is 24 people.
