This accommodation offers a separate living and sleeping area, as well as a spacious kitchen. Enjoy the sun on the two balconies – one with morning light to the east and the other with evening sun to the north – and experience the highest comfort during your stay. The space Apartment with a view The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of Bei Moser - Boutique Apartments Leutasch. The house is located in the center of Weidach surrounded by huge meadows and pure nature. Due to the central location it is perfect to start your day with several leasure and sport activities. Step into a world of modern, vibrant, and irresistibly cozy furnishings, meticulously curated to elevate your holiday experience to unparalleled heights. Your dream getaway begins with our stylish and comfortable ambiance. The apartment has the following rooms: 1 bedroom 1 foyer 1 bathroom with shower and toilet 1 living room with kitchen There are two balconies where you can enjoy morning sun at breakfast time and evening sun to have a wonderful view on the surrounding meadows and mountains. All towels will be changed for stay's longer than one week. The region Seefeld - Tirols Hochplateau offer lot's of possibilities to spend time during your holidays: hiking or biking in summer, cross-country skiing, skiing or tobogganing in winter. There is lot's to explore. **For all guests in summer (May to October), the entry to our local swimming pool area is included for 4h per day. One of the 245km cross-country ski tracks starts right next to our house. **All our guests can use the cross-country skiing tracks for free during winter time (December to March). Additionally, all public transport is included in the guest card. The local tourism tax is already included in the booking. It's 3,50 per person/night until 30th of April 2026; starting 1.5.2026 it's 5,- per Person/night. Guest access The apartment has a separate entrance and is exclusively used by the guests. Additionally, you can use the laundry room in the basement with a washing machine. Moreover, you will find a room in the basement to securely store bikes. In winter, you can store your skis there. In front of the house, there is a large parking space for cars/motorcycles. For electric cars, there is a charging station in the parking area. Bicycles can be securely stored in the sports equipment room. In winter, it's possible to store all skis and boots there, and there is also a table for waxing. A parking space in the carport can be booked for €4 per day.
