Large apartment ideal for 2-3 people (45 m2), bright and airy, adjacent to a main house in a quiet but not isolated area. It has been refurbished in a decor that is both sober and sunny. It consists of an equipped kitchen, a bedroom (140 cm bed), a shower room with toilet, a living room with sofa bed and TV, and a large, very pleasant veranda opening onto the garden. A large closet completes the set. Parking is available in front of the gate. The space The apartment is equipped with everything you need. Dishes are complete; bed linen, towels, shower mats and hand towels are provided. Household products are also available to guests. Concerned about the well-being of guests, you will find a clean accommodation upon arrival, and I will ask you to return it in the same clean condition, to respect the premises, the furniture and the surrounding calm of the neighborhood. Finally, please note that pets are not allowed. Guest access For stays longer than 7 days, you will have access to a washing machine. Other things to note The bedroom has a double bed, you can walk around it. However, it is quite small and there is no room to install a crib. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower. In the large veranda, you can enjoy a dining table as well as a comfortable wooden living room for delicious summer evenings. The veranda opens to the outside and the garden where there is another table. Finally, you will find a small desk in the living room for possible business trips. I would like to point out that the accommodation is not suitable for charging an electric vehicle, however the supermarket located two minutes away by car is equipped with terminals. No pets allowed. The accommodation is non-smoking and I would like to remind you that there is no air conditioning.
