Eze bd Mer Studio 15mins fr Monaco and Nice

The hidden jewel of The Côte d'Azur, half way between Nice and Monaco with the beautiful Eze Village a short drive or 45min walk up the hillside. Minimum booking of 4 nights. The space Fully refurbished studio with newly decorated living room area converting to a bedroom at night. Ideally suited to a max three adult guests or two adults and a child but it does currently have two large double beds, and a third smaller clic clac double sofa bed. The main King Sized double bed is housed discretely at ceiling level in the main living room during the daytime and can be conveniently lowered at night to just above the smaller sofa bed (see photos). The second double bed in the terrasse area can be used to relax on during the day or to sleep two more guests (though note there are no curtains on the terrace) ! There is a brand new flat screen television in the living room. The studio apartment is on an off road block behind a security gate and includes free off road parking. The modern fitted kitchen was installed in the past few years and includes a fridge freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The apartment has a recently fitted modern bathroom with shower and is equipped with washing machine, ironing board an iron. Regular buses go to Nice and Monaco from bus stops a couple of minutes walk away. Just 1€50 single ticket and approx. 15-20mins to each of the two destinations. The train station is 15 mins walk from the apartment and the train timetable can be found using the smartphone app: SNCF TER. Trains run the length of the French Riviera Coastline. Just two stops to Monaco or four steps to Nice Centre (Nice Ville). The beach at Eze is just over the road - only 5 mins walk, and is not visible from the road and hence very quiet. There are two beach restaurants both of which are excellent. There is also an unofficial naturist beach not far from the apartment if you forgot to bring your swimwear. Eze Bord de Mer (or Eze Sur Mer) is a very special place, so much quieter than most of the other beaches along this stretch of coastline. Its overlooked by the mediaeval village of Eze, which everyone must visit. It's just a short hop to Nice and Monaco, and 30mins drive from Italy. Wifi is available!
