Description

This is a lovely, quiet room in a Georgian flat in the New Town Conservation Area. You can easily walk herefrom Waverley railway station (with luggage) in just fifteen minutes. The Picardy Place tram stop is a quick five-minute walk away, with the tram from the airport taking around 40 minutes. Our flat is close to many lovely cafes, pubs and restaurants, and a quick ten-minute walk will take you to the amazing city views at the top of Calton Hill. The space The bedroom is at the back of the property and is surprisingly quiet considering the flat is centrally located. It has very high ceilings and a large window which gets the sun in the morning. There are blackout blinds that keep out the sunlight in the morning should you wish. Guest access Guests will have access to the central hall area, the kitchen and the bathroom During your stay We are both chatty hosts but we also understand that some guests need their own space. We love to give advice on things to do in Edinburgh- One of us (Tim) works in the tourist industry so he has plenty of suggestions of how to get the most of your visit.
