17th century stone house + pool Montpellier Hérault

Charming 2 floors 17th century stone house in a quite "village de France" with a beautiful garden and pool house. You have an agreeable room for "work-from-home" from where you have garden and pool view. With your permission and the time you decide, someone or my son will take care of the garden and check the pool for maximum time 1 hour a day. Thank you for accepting. Guest access The house and the garden with its pool are fully rented. You can park your car outside. Other things to note When the guest confirm the reservation, a rental agreement will be sent and holiday insurance will be asked. During your stay, 1. Please always close the pool with "security pool cover" (manual) before bed'time and when you go out. And put the pool alarm. Your safety as well the children is under your responsability. 2. Please do not throw the cigarettes in the garden. 3. When it is too hot, the mosquitos, flies and wasps may come, please be aware and bring skin protection. 4. Please avoid the noise after 10pm. 5. A friend of mine or my son will come over daily to check the pool and feed the chicken. Thank you for letting them know the convinient time for you. 6. The house is non smoking. 7. I unfortunately dont have watering automatic system. The grass will be a bit dry on august. 8. Some of the tiles in the pool are off but it doesnt make any harm for the function.
