Glas Bheinn Cottage, Isle of Skye

Glas Bheinn Cottage is our gorgeous wee cottage featuring the original stone walls with a vaulted ceiling in the lounge & a lovely wood burning stove with all fuel provided. for a lovely romantic setting. Sleeps 4 with king bedroom and adjacent bathroom (bath & overhead shower) on the ground floor & a twin bedroom upstairs. Sea & mountain views with a fantastic central location. Seashore is 2 minutes walk and mountains immediately behind. Fibre optic Wifi & smart TV The space Our beautiful white washed cottage is an amazing example of an original 19th century stone-built home. The granite walls are almost a metre thick and are exposed within the vaulted lounge area. This is the perfect backdrop to an amazing wood burning stove to cosy up to every evening. The king bed has an Emma mattress, dual control electric blankets and a cosy duvet. The twin bedroom is up a straight set of wooden stairs, there is a stair gate at the top and bottom of the stairs but you probably wouldn't want children under 5 up there. Guest access The cottage is fully detached and has it's own private enclosed garden with a picnic bench in the front garden and a rocking bench around the back to bask in the afternoon sun. The gate at the bottom of the garden leads onto the croft and a 2 minute walk to the seashore. There is ample parking for two cars. Other things to note We do not provide any breakfast, this is a self catering property. We do provide tea towels, washing up liquid & scrubbers, hand soap. There is tea, coffee, salt & pepper in the kitchen. We don't leave milk as so many people have dietary requirements these days. Full linen and towels are provided. All electricity & fuel for the stove is provided.
