Relax by the Battlefield, cosy haven in Nature

Fresh & cosy caravan set in large, peaceful, private garden directly behind Culloden Battlefield, with free parking on premises. Six miles from local town of Inverness, walking distance to Battlefield & Clava Cairns; Loch Ness, Nairn beach, Findhorn Community & other attractions all within driving distance. Great as base for touring the Highlands &/or to have some peaceful rest & relaxation. 5 mins walk to local Battlefield Bar & Restaurant. The space THE CARAVAN SPACE: Fresh & spacious caravan with new double glazed windows & doors, fully fitted kitchen with Nespresso Citiz coffee machine for a professional burst of espresso in the morning. All new mattresses for a deluxe nights sleep. The caravan is cosy and modest. We try to blend quality with comfort in this little peaceful haven which is very close to the Battlefield, literally a two minute walk behind the garden. It's a peaceful spot overlooking an apple and damson orchard from where you can view the red kites in the sky and hear wonderful bird song, see wild rabbits & plenty of native, natural blooming flowers. Plenty space for kids to run around in with small trampoline by caravan and access to large one by main house. Bed linen, towels, starter set of tea, coffee & milk provided. Bbq and firepit available for which guests need provide own charcoal and wood. Approx 50m from main house but shielded by dense treeline & shed so guests feel they are very much in their own space. The beauty of this place is you're in the countryside but it's a quick 20min drive to local town of Inverness & similarly Nairn, with many local shops, restaurants etc nearer than that. Guest access Free parking on premises. Other things to note A gravel pathway leads from car to caravan of about 10 metres length and there are four steps leading to caravan entrance.
