Welcome to elegant Spetses! We inherited this lovely residence from our beloved grandfather and have been renovating it ever since. The house is located in a very quiet and picturesque neighborhood, but is also just a short walking distance from the Old Harbour, where many of the island’s nightlife hotspots are located. The space It consists of a large living room, a spacious fully equipped kitchen and 3 comfortable bedrooms with double beds (1 simple bedroom, 1 bedroom including kitchenette & bathroom, 1 bedroom including bathroom). Please note, that in order to enter the 3rd -self contained- bedroom you need to walk through the second one. Otherwise there is a separate door that leads to the outside and from there to the kitchen. The house offers two charming yards. The front yard is welcoming our guests fully bloomed with lemon trees and jasmine, while the back yard , off the kitchen, offers a quiet sunny spot to have breakfast, relax or grill with friends. Other things to note During your holiday in Spetses, walk along the lovely sea promenade of the town and swim in the secluded beaches for truly relaxing moments. Visitors love the relaxing and elegant atmosphere, the yacht marinas at sunset and of course, the shopping and the island’s nice restaurants and bars. Registration Details 00000632459
