Idyllic Rural Island Farm Stay, Great Upton Farm

Ferry discount now available! The Annex at Great Upton Farm is a beautiful farm home, consisting of wooden beams, tiled floors and a private garden. Set on a picturesque farm and attached to the main house, The Annex is a 3 bedroom property with 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and open dining area as well as a large living space with an electric log effect burner. We are located in peaceful countryside with plenty of rural walks, cycle tracks, wildlife and only 10 minutes drive from Ryde Pier and Beach. The space The Annex at Great Upton Farm offers relaxing and comfortable accommodation including a dining area for six people, a fully equipped kitchen, a large comfortable sofa in front of the fire place and a private courtyard. The main bedroom offers a king size bed with a beautiful en suite containing a tiled bath and amenities. The second bedroom is a bright room on the second floor containing a double bed and access to the mezzanine where there is another double bedroom with a futon bed which can sleep a further 2 adults or children . The property can be entered through it's own front door which has immediate access to the second bathroom and shower. A washing machine, iron and spare towels can be found in the hallway. The large bright open living space opens up through French doors onto it's own private courtyard where guests are welcome to use the BBQ provided. During your stay you can visit the wonderful beaches of the Island which are just a short drive away as well as enjoy watersports, riding, sailing, shops, restaurants and pubs all within a short distance. Tesco superstore is only a 5 minute drive from the house or you can sample fresh produce from our favourite farmshop 'Harvey Browns’ which is a 15 minute drive. Adgestone vineyard is a favourite of ours and close by. Guest access You will have full access to the Annex which adjoins the main house but has its own entrance and private garden. You will also have access to the stables and pastures of the Farm. Other things to note Come in through the black gates, next to a huge laurel hedge, and start your holiday 🏝️!
