The house benefits from the calm and sunshine at the end of the cul-de-sac and was completely renovated in 2017. Located in the heart of the historic district of Tréboul, it is 300 m from the beach and is close to all amenities. You can enjoy the outdoors for meals, walks, hikes, excursions... as well as the fully equipped indoors. It is ideal for family vacations as well as for a stay with friends (1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and toilets on each floor). Sheets included. The space This completely renovated house is fully equipped: dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, TV, WiFi, Bluetooth speaker, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle... The 1st floor is ideal for a couple with an 18 square meter bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm queen size bed, a shower room and toilet. The second floor with its bedroom, shower room and toilet accommodates children, teens and adults with a choice of either two 90 x 200 cm beds or a 180 x 200 cm king size bed. Guest access The location of the house at the end of a cul-de-sac allows you to eat outside but also for children to play in front of the house, to put the laundry out to dry, quite simply to enjoy. Other things to note We offer free baby equipment: baby bed, baby chair, folding stroller on request. We offer towel set rentals for €5 per person per week. Full cleaning must be done by vacationers as we do not charge a cleaning fee.
