The space The most desirable area of St Agnes with stunning sea views - gets the last of the evening sunshine once it has set over the beach in the valley. Wake up to bird song. Walk for 30 seconds and you're on the South West Coastal Path, where you can walk down to the beach and restaurants. A fantastic open plan family living space with snug/cinema room (with apple tv/netflix etc), four poster superking bed, super king bed upstairs with sea view, brand new upstairs bathroom with deep roll top bath, another bedroom upstairs with two day beds that both fold out into kingsize beds. A huge garden with a 12 foot trampoline, fire pit and panoramic sea views. And just a 10 minute flat walk to the village. Guest access All parts of the house except for the tiny baby's room which we will keep our personal belongings in. Other things to note We stay in the private studio cottage (detached building in the grounds - separate parking, garden etc) so will be on hand for anything you need, but otherwise will leave you to enjoy your holiday!
