A beautifully renovated 100-year-old stone cottage with terrace and garden; just a 2 minute walk from the crystal clear waters of Kneze bay. The space The 70-square-meter cottage has two double bedrooms and a single bedroom, open loft space and two bathrooms. The front terrace opens out to a quiet private road, and the back terrace onto a secluded garden growing lavender, rosemary, sage and oranges – with all the scents of the Mediterranean. You enter the house into an open plan kitchen and living room. To the sides are two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a loft space above. On the side of the house, there is a third double bedroom with a separate entrance and small ensuite bathroom. The house has traditional wide-planked wood floors and exposed stone walls, and is furnished in a mixture of Croatian rustic and modern Nordic design.
