Ideally located 1/4 hour from the sea, Montpellier, airport, new TGV station and Zenith and Arena halls The space Ideal for a couple or a couple with 1 child This is an independent accommodation of 47 m2, quiet, clean and sunny, a terrace adjoining the accommodation of 45 m2 with private entrance is reserved for your meals where you can rest during your stay, I must tell you that I would have access to this courtyard in case of problems and every other evening for watering plants in complete discretion Thank you Other things to note As far as animals are concerned, we love them, but cannot accept them. Our yard is common, it allows me to clean and water the plants discreetly and it remains private during stays. Out of respect for our neighbors and ourselves, we don't allow parties or family reunions, the terrace is reserved only for those who have booked the accommodation Only guests with reservations can enjoy the premises.
