The Casina del Castillo

Our cozy little house has spectacular views of the Nalón estuary. Unbeatable location, close to numerous beaches, with hiking trails. Just 600 meters from the seaside village of San Juan de La Arena. 15 minutes from Cudillero, 30 minutes from Oviedo. Very cozy, you'll love it! The space Getting up in the morning and having breakfast on the terrace with those views is the best part of our little house. We have ample parking for 2 cars. The house is perfect for 4 people. You can greet a pilgrim, since the Camino de Santiago passes in front of the house. Guest access A 30 m2 terrace with amazing views, 500 m2 green area and private parking for 2 cars. All the pilgrims on the Camino de Santiago stop to take a picture of the views! It is an ideal area for water sports such as surfing or SUP. Sometimes we see our friends from the Rompiente Norte surf school taking a walk along the estuary with the SUP, highly recommended. Fishing enthusiasts will love our house. In winter, you can see the lights of the eel fishermen trying to catch this precious delicacy. Other things to note As I mentioned earlier, the house is located in a very quiet area but it does not lack any services. 200 meters away there is a pharmacy, a health center, supermarkets and hotels. We are also very close to the airport, a 10-minute drive, Los Quebrantos beach 5 minutes and Aguilar beach 10 minutes. Cudillero is 15 minutes away.
