The highlight of this villa, situated in a peaceful place between the mountains and Scario bay, is its magnificent garden with a splendid swimming pool, a relaxing area next to the swimming pool and the barbeque space for numerous friends and family The space Beautiful villa that is divided into 2 independent floors that dispose each of 3 bedrooms (1 with double bed in the top, and 2 single beds in each of the other rooms), balcony and for the up appartment sea and mountain view. The ville has a huge swimming pool (13m x 16m), a very big barbecue aera where you can enjoy either grilled cooking or pizzas and can suit as much as 20 people. There is also a parking lot where at least 4 cars suit. It's the ideal place for families, nature lovers, relax or even friends get together! Every week during summer time there are plenty of typical local festivals. You can either rent the whole house (the capacity is for 12 persons ) either only the top or down (if you are less than 6 persons). The price indicated is for only 1 floor (6 persons), for every person above 6 there is an extra charge because you are going to have both floors. The swimming pool is available from may until september included.
