Elegant Georgian Flat in Beautiful Primrose Hill

Located near the top of the hill in Primrose Hill Park, this sunny 2 bedroom flat with a private patio on a quiet street has all the amenities in one of London's best neighborhoods. Delightful shops & restaurants are just around the corner on Regents Park Road. Central London is a short tube ride from Chalk Farm station. The flat is decorated with modern and art deco furniture and art. It's perfect for work or pleasure. (See below for info about our rigorous cleaning and disinfecting protocol.) The space The flat is on the first floor of a four flat Georgian building, one of the first on the block. One arrives in a large open room with floor to ceiling windows that includes a kitchen area with a breakfast table, a large living room area and a dining area. Just of the main room is the second bedroom. Down the hall is the very large bathroom with both a large tub and a cloud shower, and beyond it is the master bedroom. While the street is quiet, the bedrooms, being in the back, are especially quiet. A half flight up the stairs is a lovely outdoor patio. Guest access The entire flat is yours to use exclusively. The only space that is shared is the patio, which is open to all four flats in the building. That said, ours tends to be the only one that uses it, as it's closest to our flat. Other things to note The keys to our home may be picked up at a KeyCafe lock-box located inside the Shepherds Bush grocery store just around the corner on Regents Park Road. Guests will be sent a code to access the keys; it works quite well. Please note that the store is open from 8 am to 10 pm, so alternate arrangements will need to be made if one is arriving outside of that window. Please know that in light of COVID-19 we have implemented a rigorous cleaning and disinfecting protocol.  We are following the detailed guidelines recommended by Airbnb; you'll see the completed checklist upon arrival.  In addition, we utilize a steam cleaner and have a buffer period between each booking of no less than thirty (30) hours.
