Guest access The house's common areas include: - Fully equipped kitchen-diner with storage space for guests - Garden, terrace, and porch, with different orientations for winter and summer, both furnished with a dining area and seating area. The house's amenities available to guests include: free parking, gas heating, air conditioning, hot/cold water, electricity, and internet (cable, Wi-Fi). During your stay Normally, I will live in the house during the accommodation, so I will be available for anything you may need, at any time. Other things to note It is ESSENTIAL to confirm your approximate arrival time 24 hours in advance to guarantee reception availability. - GUESTS: You may occasionally, with the express permission of the host, invite a maximum of one guest for a maximum period of one week, at an additional cost of €30/night. The price includes: - LINEN (bed linens and shower and washbasin towels) - Weekly cleaning of the room and bathroom, with linen change during the first month. From the second month onwards, the cost will be €25 per week, or less. - Use of the washing machine for personal clothing: includes one load per week during the first month. From the second month onwards, the cost will be €4/load.
