TWO-ROOM APARTMENT IN FARMHOUSE WITH PRIVATE GARDEN agriturismo "A Ca Vegia" surrounded by nature just 8 km from the SEA of Finale Ligure. Near the agriturismo there are MTB, TRAIL, and CLIMBING ROUTES in the FINALE LIGURE OUTDOOR area. Aromatic herbs are the main crop of the agriturismo. Outside the agriturismo, there are also some docile and friendly animals: a little dog named "Bho" and some nice donkeys named "Marina, Camilla, Cleo". The space APARTMENT IN AGRITOURISM: The apartment is part of the agriturismo called "A Ca Vegia" in Calice Ligure, which has a maximum of 5 apartments. The location is surrounded by nature, where you can relax just 8 km from the SEA of Finale Ligure. Near the agriturismo, there are MTB, TRAIL, and CLIMBING ROUTES in the FINALE LIGURE OUTDOOR area. SHARED COMMON AREAS: For guests of the agriturismo apartments, it is possible to use the following shared common areas: - terrace with an open view of the valley, furnished with tables and chairs. - solarium with two sun loungers and a bench. - barbecue with tables and chairs. FREE UPON REQUEST SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY: - Iron and ironing board, baby cots, high chairs. INCLUDED IN THE BOOKING PRICE: - heating, electricity, water, gas consumption. - rental of the first set of towels, sheets, blankets. - preparation of beds before check-in, based on the number of guests booked. - free donkey visit on request - parking - wifi - outdoor night lights - shared washing machine - final cleaning PAID OPTIONS: Extra services: any extra services such as extra cleaning and extra towel and linen changes can be agreed on-site with the manager. NOT PRESENT: For our ecological choice, the following are not present in the apartments: electric oven, TV, air conditioning, private washing machine. The washing machine is shared. OPENING HOURS: Check-in preferably 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. (contact after booking for different times) Check out by 10:30am. Guest access Guests will have access to a large terrace shared with other apartments and outdoor areas to eat, rest or read.
