It has 4 bedrooms (3 with two beds and 1 with a 135 cm bed), all with built-in and outdoor furniture. It is located on the 1st and 2nd floors, so it is not recommended for people with reduced mobility. It has a bathroom and a toilet. It has no patio, just a balcony where you can hang clothes to dry. The entire house is exterior and overlooks three streets, so it is very ventilated and lots of light enters. It does not have air conditioning, but it does have several fans. It is generally cool in summer. PLEASE NOTE: The duplex is located in Cartaya-village. It's a village home. There is no beach in the same Cartaya village, so there is a 7 km distance to the beaches of Cartaya which are El Rompido and Nuevo Portil (12 km away). Antilla beach is 12 km away. A vehicle or public transportation is needed to go to the beach. Very easy parking next to the house. The house is in a very strategic point to visit the western beaches of Huelva (on the one hand those of El Rompido (Flecha), Nuevo Portil, El Portil, La Bota and Punta Umbría) and those on the other side of the Piedras River (La Antilla, Islantilla, Isla Cristina and Isla Canela9 and those of the Algarve of Portugal.
