The interior is furnished with reclaimed furniture in a country-chic style, reflecting the atmosphere of country homes, with the possibility of adding an extra single bed. Although it does not have a kitchen, it is equipped with a microwave oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, Japanese tea set, crockery and cutlery, as well as a fridge-freezer available to guests. Cleaning and linen change are weekly and free, with the possibility of requesting an additional service at €25 per room. The location is excellent, situated in the countryside but not isolated, a few kilometres from the main tourist attractions, 10 km from the city of Modena and the Modena Sud motorway exit. Just 1.5 km away is the Terramara Archaeological Park, offering easy access to sites of historical and cultural interest. Guest access Guests have access to the front garden, which includes a private park and an indoor car park with video surveillance. The B&B is located on the second floor and is not served by a lift.
