Redecorated between january and march 2014, "Douceur Vitaminée" is a 55m2 charming cottage with balcony created from an old farm building. Ground floor (first floor level): open plan living, dining and kitchen area with underfloor heating that opens out on to balcony overlooking front courtyard. The living area has a sofa and armchairs, a dining table and chairs. In the kitchen you will find a mini oven, a hob, a microwave, a coffee machine, a tea pot, a kettle and a toaster. TV with DVD Downstairs is a shower room with walk-in shower and separated toilets Upstairs you can find : * a brigth, airy master bedroom with double bed and high beamed ceilings, big chest of drawers, velux window * a second room with two single beds A private outside terraced area with table, chairs, sofa and barbecue.
