Sandwood Lodge log cabin, Rowardennan, Loch Lomond

Family owned and managed, Sandwood Lodge is our cosy self catering log cabin. It is situated at Rowardennan on the East bank of Loch Lomond in Scotland. It is situated just 50 metres from the waters edge on a quiet, private site. Enjoy the peace & quiet and forest or lochside walks. In Summer enjoy easy access to the loch and beach which is great for watersports and outdoor activities or take trips away to explore Ben Lomond & The Trossachs or the surrounding countryside and West Highland Way. The space The lodge comprises three bedrooms with two doubles (one en-suite), a twin room with two singles and a family bathroom. Our log cabin is situated on a private site which is right on the waters edge of Loch Lomond. There is a sandy beach which gently slopes into the water. We provide all bed linen, towels, tea towels and hand soap, along with a starter pack that includes bin bags, washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs & toilet rolls. Outside is a table with parasol, chairs and a BBQ (please bring your own charcoal). Sorry but we do not allow dogs or pets at the lodge. A minimum of a three night stay applies to all bookings. Guest access You'll need to travel there by car and there is parking for two cars next to the lodge. The Rowardennan Hotel (closed during winter) is just a short walk away next to the site.
